EVAN MOONEY
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Evan grew up surrounded by and participating in a culture enlivened by the arts. She went on to attend the University of Virginia and received her degree in Art History in 2006. Evan moved to New York City upon graduating, where she obtained her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College. She now resides in Charlottesville, Virginia with her husband and three young children. In addition to raising and enjoying the company of her kids, Evan enjoys being creative, reading, being with friends and family, and being outdoors. Evan’s art is represented at Mont Art House in Houston, TX, Gregg Irby Gallery in Atlanta, GA, and is also available through her home studio.
